nFocal Inc., a privately held company headquartered in Rochester
New York, is a product acceleration company that helps development
organizations, both large and small, deliver products to market on
time and on budget. Our clients range from Fortune 100 companies to
entrepreneurial startups. Our projects range from a single day to
entire development cycles lasting over a year.
nFocal was founded by Steve Kapp, a veteran of the embedded software
development and professional services industries. The founding
principle was based upon a simple formula, modeling the company
on what was proven to be successful throughout his career -
providing consultants that excel in both technology and people
skills and combining that with a high level of customer service.
This formula has allowed nFocal to rapidly become a leading
professional services company.

and Principal Consultant. His experience ranges over twenty years
of software and systems development. Much of that experience has
